EMS Old-Timers
Each
year, during the EMS Update Conference at 7 Springs, HC
Global sponsors a reception for EMS personnel with 20+ years
in the business from the Pennsylvania counties of Allegheny,
Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Cambria, Fayette, Greene,
Indiana, Lawrence, Somerset, Washington and Westmoreland.
The reception is open to EMS providers with verified two or
more decades of service to prehospital care. The
reception provides a chance
for
time-honored EMS professionals to visit, reminisce and enjoy
some fellowship with colleagues who have made a substantive
life commitment to emergency medical care.
All individuals attending are given an Old-Timers
commemorative pin each to wear or retain as part of their
membership in this unique group of professionals. The
pins from 2011 (left) and 2012 (right) are noted here.
