Custom Vehicle Services by HC Global

HC Global provides vehicle customization services for all types of units.  We have worked on large special operations vehicles  and we have designed/configured other types of public safety vehicles for police, fire and EMS operations.

Recently, we have been honored by Forbes Regional Hospital to build-out a total of 3 units for their Prehospital Services Department.  These vehicles will serve communities around Forbes Regional providing with both paramedic and physician response services.  Below is a photographic depiction of the build-out process for the physician unit which began in November of 2011.

Many thanks to Bob Twaddle, Manager, Prehospital Services at Forbes Regional for permitting us to photo document the vehicle as it goes through this unique transformation.

HC Global's David Wadsworth is the Project Technician for all of the Forbes units. Dave is well-known for his meticulous work and uncanny knowledge for transforming vehicles into customized units. Dave has completed over 200 customizations during the course of his career and welcomes the opportunity to work with customers on designing and configuring their vehicles.

The vehicle which we are showcasing on this page features multiple emergency lighting elements including: headlight LEDs, synchronized tail lights with LEDs, side mirror "Intersectors", roof-mount lightbar with opticom and LED emitter, alley lights, hood-mounted LED ghost light, single hand-held control for all lighting and siren features and single hand-held control for all on-board radios

Below is a depiction of the work that was done in order to ready the vehicle for radios and lighting.  The vehicle had already received its graphics (provided by Captured Identity,
